Here is someone I am proud to call friend, the most amazing monster actor since Lon Chaney. Doug Jones who has played Silver Surfer, Abe Sapien from Hellboy and several creatures in Pan’s Labyrinth to name a few.

There are plenty more attending, including an Anime contingent and do not be surprised if they add more guests before March.
As I mentioned yesterday, here is a bit of Disney Magic. I went to Disneyland yesterday and here is a photo of “It’s a Small World” decked out for the Christmas holidays…Enjoy and remember to feel free to contact me with questions, stories and pics. Send the to Magid@raybin.com
Coming March 4-6, 2011 is the Emerald City Comic Con. This event is held at the Washington State Convention Center, Seattle WA.
This event has a great lineup. You would not expect something like this to happen in Seattle. But if your in the area you have to check it out. The first guest I must tip my hat to is the great William Shatner. Without him I doubt the Enterprise would have made it past Impulse power.

Next up is our favorite “Number One” Jonathan Frakes. Who I might add is a very funny and spontaneous guy and a great Director.

Here is the guest with the alot in common with the Wizard of Oz and going to the Emerald City. Brent Spiner who played the Android Data on Next Generation. He never did get a human heart. But what an actor.

Now lets take a trip to the “Fringe” of science. John Noble who portrays Dr. Walter Bishop on the Fox TV series Fringe, Denethor in The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, along with numerable television appearances on shows such as Stargate SG-1, The Unit and 24. Just don’t let him give you any medication…You never know what might be in it

How about someone who is just as well known for Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Smallville? James Marsters who portrayed both Spike the Vampire and Brainiac, Superman’s nemesis.

And last but certainly not least is Bruce Boxleitner who portrayed Captain John Sheridan on Babylon 5 (and subsequent B5 movies), Tron/Alan Bradley in the original Tron film (and a role he will be reprising in the upcoming Tron: Legacy).Captain John Sheridan on Babylon 5 (and subsequent B5 movies), Tron/Alan Bradley in the original Tron film (and a role he will be reprising in the upcoming Tron: Legacy).

I love Bruce Boxleitner, I have all the Babylon 5 seasons on DVD. I think it is time for a marathon. Once more unto the Shadow war we shall go and do what we must to triumph in the universe’s darkest hour!
